Held by Jersey Heritage in partnership with Guernsey Museums, The Victor Hugo Centre (Guernsey) and Maison Vacquerie (Normandy), the exhibition reflects the three locations where Hugo spent significant time in his life and where his creativity was at its height. Part of our Year of the Normans 2027 celebrations, the exhibition takes its name from a book written by Hugo in 1857 that explores the connections between Normandy and the Channel Islands.
