Expression of Interest in Exhibition Design
Designers are invited to express an interest in designing a new display on the first floor of Jersey Museum and Art Gallery, replacing ‘The Story of Jersey’. Opening for this new display is planned for July 2024.
The designer would be expected to:
- Produce an overall design, including visual concept, typography, lighting and electrical plan
- Create a 3D exhibition design, including cases and objects locations, structures and visitor flow
- Take responsibility for exhibition production, budget and the project schedule.
Content creation will be overseen by Jersey Heritage.
If you would like to express an interest, please submit a portfolio of two previous, relevant projects and a single page covering letter to Morgan Ward, Head of Programmes, at morgan.ward@jerseyheritage.org by 17 February 2023. Selected designers will then be invited to tender.
Site Supervisor Support - Heritage Lets
You will ensure that our Heritage Holiday Lets are cleaned and serviced to the agreed standard between occupancy and ensure guests can arrive to a serviced holiday let.

Historic Buildings Officer
As Historic Buildings Officer you will work with the Head of Historic Environment in providing advice about the significance of Jersey’s historic environment and delivering a programme to promote awareness and care of the architectural heritage.

Historic Environment Archaeologist
As Historic Environment Archaeologist you will work with the Historic Environment team and Curator of Archaeology in ensuring Jersey’s archaeological heritage is better understood and conserved, being responsible for monitoring and undertaking archaeological fieldwork on Jersey Heritage sites and delivering archaeological services to the government.
