Adhoc Visitor Services Assistant – Full Job Description
The Adhoc Visitor Services Assistant is the welcoming face of Jersey Heritage, responsible for creating a positive, memorable experience for every visitor. You will greet guests on arrival, assist with orientation and provide clear, friendly information about the site, exhibitions, events and facilities. You will work as part of a wider team delivering exceptional customer service and smooth day‑to‑day operations, collaborating with paid staff and volunteers involved in guiding, hosting, living history, cleaning and other site activities.
