The Castle
- The castle ferry is only accessible to wheelchair users who are able to leave their chair unaided and walk 30m and up/down 6 steps. Please note the ferry cannot carry electric wheelchairs as cargo for safety reasons.
- We have a set of evacuation procedures please ask at the castle reception.
Shop
- The shop is situated in the castle reception area which is accessible via steps
Gardens and grounds
- Throughout the site the ground is uneven, laid with a mixture of hoggin, tarmac, gravel, grass.
Catering
- The café has step-free level access, indoor and outdoor seating, some of which is on an outside terrace up some stairs.
- Counter service available, table service provided on request.
