Step back in time and discover the joy of traditional breadmaking using a Victorian bread oven.
Session from 10.30am to 3pm

This relaxed and friendly workshop celebrates slow food, heritage skills and good company.

Spend the day learning hands-on techniques as you bake loaves the old way, explore the ancient art of the Cabbage Loaf – a time-honoured Jersey favourite – and enjoy the sights, smells and crackle of an historic oven.

No experience needed — just use your loaf and enjoy the process!

A hearty lunch of homemade soup, perfect with fresh bread, is included.

Expert guidance and ingredients will be supplied. Just bring your pinny (apron) and enthusiasm.
