*Jersey Museum & Art Gallery is FREE to enter from the 20th July 2024 so you can still visit, but it won’t count as one of your 4 location choices.

An initial enquiry over the telephone or via email does not constitute a purchase. A purchase is firm when full payment has been received and confirmed to you writing

All payments are in sterling. All major credit cards with the exception of American Express are accepted

Although all information regarding prices, availability and on site facilities are correct at the time of going to print, we reserve the right to change any details contained in published information at any time.

Your Heritage Pass is valid for 7 days from first entry to a Jersey Heritage attraction and provides unlimited access to the 4 selected sites during this time.

Cancellation policy

The refund amount in the event of a cancellation will be 95% of the total value of your purchase.

Additional information

  • Confirmation will be sent via email at the time of booking.
  • Bring your email confirmation with you and at the first site you visit you will be issued with a Heritage Pass. This pass is then used to access your other chosen sites.
  • The Heritage Pass is non-transferable.
  • Elizabeth Castle and Mont Orgueil both involve stairs for access.
  • Most travellers can participate.
  • Near public transport.
  • Service animals allowed.
