Jersey Heritage Holiday Let vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase for the amount specified, for new bookings only.

The voucher may specify a particular property or date range when purchased, which is subject to change by Jersey Heritage at any time. If any changes are required, the purchaser will be informed in advance.

Vouchers are only valid when booked directly with Jersey Heritage Holiday Lets Team and not through any other party.

Vouchers can only be used to purchase a stay at a Jersey Heritage Holiday Let. Other items sold by Jersey Heritage cannot be purchased using this voucher.

Vouchers can be only be purchased by someone over the age of 25 as per our standard terms and conditions of hire.

Delivery of Gift Vouchers Vouchers are issued by hand at Jersey Museum or by post to the address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser’s preference.

Making a Booking with A Gift Voucher

Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance via email or telephone and are subject to availability and our standard terms and conditions.

Bookings can be made with the Jersey Heritage Lets Team by email or telephone 01534 633304.

At time of booking, vouchers must be specified as the method of payment, by quoting the voucher reference number and the corresponding voucher must then be presented along with a completed booking form.

If a booking requires payment for more than the voucher amount, this must be stated on the booking form and paid as per our standard terms and conditions.

If a booking requires payment for less than the voucher amount, a new voucher will be issued for the remaining amount which must be used within 12 months as per the date of the original voucher.

Refunds and Cancellations

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount.

Cancellations of bookings made using gift vouchers can only be made in line with the terms and conditions relative to the Heritage Let booked.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
