We have created this accessibility guide to accurately describe the facilities and services we offer all our visitors. It does not contain personal opinions as to the sites’ suitability for those with access needs.

Site

  • The site is free for all visitors.  Charges are only made for copies of documents.
  • We have a set of evacuation procedures.
  • There is a cloakroom with lockers for visitors to store their bags and coats.
  • Please note there are no baby changing facilities on site.
  • There is a retail area situated on the ground floor which has flat level access from the main foyer
  • The floor surfaces throughout the museum are a mixture of tile, carpet and wood.
