Jersey's annual cider festival - La Faîs'sie d'Cidre - returns to Hamptonne Country Life Museum this October. The popular festival, kindly sponsored by Islands, celebrates Jersey’s rich heritage of cider production and our Island's vibrant community. Set amongst the beautiful grounds at Hamptonne, the festival brings together communities, volunteers and (of course) apple and cider experts.

The annual event, taking place on weekend of 20th and 21st October will include live music, creative activities, dance, local food and produce, competitions, poetry and Genuine Jersey stalls.

Parking & Free Bus Service

There is no parking onsite or around Hamptonne with the exception of disabled parking which will be designated in the Hamptonne car park.

This year a park-and-ride service will operate from Coronation Park/Millbrook. Heritage will be running a regular, free 'Apple Bus' service to and from Millbrook. Visitors can leave their car and use the shuttle bus, which will significantly reduce the congestion in the quiet country lanes of St Lawrence.

Coronation Park /Millbrook is serviced by five bus stops, giving people a good range of access. Four forty-seater buses will run between Millbrook and the festival. Disabled parking will be available at Hamptonne. There will be an area at Hamptonne to leave bikes

Go Green

As well as encouraging visitors to bus, bike, car share or walk to the festival, we are also asking all visitors to bring their own cider cups, to help reduce the amount of plastic waste and support a greener festival. Bamboo cider cups will be available to buy at the festival and heritage will be using paper cups this year at their own stalls.

Entry Fee

Normal admission prices apply.  Jersey Heritage members go free.
