Create a joyful spring bouquet using daffodils, seasonal flowers and greenery in a relaxed, hands-on workshop.
Join cut-flower farmer Susan Freebrey of Honey Berry Flowers and floral artist Darlene Hewlett of Storm Whisper Floral Art to celebrate the start of the season. Explore the bright yellows and soft pastels of daffodils and spring blooms as you learn to create a beautiful hand tied bouquet, complete with a handmade wire holder and decorative ribbons. Fresh greenery, collected from the grounds of La Hougue Bie, famed for its joyful host of golden daffodils will be ready for you to weave into your design.
This two-hour workshop is open to adult JH Members of all abilities, from first time arrangers to confident creatives. It’s a chance to slow down, try something new and enjoy a relaxed, friendly afternoon. Leave with a cheerful spring arrangement and the enjoyment of having met like minded fellow Members.
All materials are provided.
