The Jersey Heritage Lets Open Day invites the public to visit and explore a host of unique landmarks which are available to let as holiday accommodation throughout the year.

On Sunday 17 November 2019 we are excited to open our Heritage Lets and invite the public to visit and explore these unique landmarks.

Jersey Heritage is responsible for caring for and promoting the Island’s heritage and has been running self-catering and coastal tower accommodation from 2006. Each property has been given a new life and restored to showcase its unique history, many with original features. Since the start of the project, the number of properties available to Jersey residents and tourists has increased to 14.

The Heritage Lets Open Day is a great opportunity for local residents to gain access and explore these special buildings, whether you are interested in the architecture and history, would like to book a break with friends or family or are just curious to have a look around and see how they have been developed. Visitors are welcome between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Sunday 17 November.

The following properties are open to the public

In addition to our Heritage Lets, the Gigoulande Mill, in St Peter's Valley will also be open on 17 November, allowing visitors to view this unique building.

Parking - Please note that parking is limited at some of our properties, due to the narrow track to access La Crête Fort we ask that you park at Bonne Nuit pier and walk to the Fort, or why not enjoy a coastal walk from Bouley Bay.

Due to access difficulties, we are not able to open Seymour & Rocco Tower on this occasion but hope to open these unique buildings to visitors next Spring.

La Tour Cârrée is currently occupied by artist-in-residence Natalie Mayer Photography, who will host a new exhibition, dedicated to Winter Swimming. Natasha Dettman will screen a short film (rolling through the day) there will be mulled wine on the stove, a team swim at 1pm and delicious wood fired pizza from The Good Stone (swim and pizza weather permitting).
