Treasure - Revealing the Secrets of the Hoard | La Hougue Bie Museum

In 2012 two metal detectorists found the world’s largest Celtic coin hoard in a field in Jersey. Since then Jersey Heritage have been painstakingly excavating the hoard, coin by coin, revealing a hoard of almost 60,000 coins and at least ten gold torques and pieces of silver jewellery. This is an exhibition of the best finds within the hoard and tells the story of the process.
