Other community organisations, such as youth clubs and residential centres can enquire about what we have to offer. We are always developing events and exhibitions for everyone who visits our sites.

If you like a bit more action on a visit, we also arrange Discovery Cart days for entertaining the family with a learning ‘twist’.

Discovery Workshops *NEW IN 2014*

These NEW workshops are designed to give the children more time to make, do and discover. Led by local artist and teacher, Jo Howell, these workshops will let the children have longer to make something and have the opportunity to discover and be inspired by the sites and collections of Jersey Heritage. For children aged 8 to 11 years old. In partnership with Mourant Ozannes. Booking in advance is essential as there are limited spaces available on each workshop. Please download the booking form associated with your chosen workshop and send it to Jersey Heritage along with full payment – Click Here for more information!

Discovery Six Sites of Summer *NEW IN 2014*

During the school summer holidays, visit each Jersey Heritage visitor site and discover new stories and have a go at art activities, trails, crafts and games. Each week visit a different site to do a different theme. Visit them all over the summer and collect a Six Sites of Summer certificate! Click here for more information.

We make the sites and museums that we look after fun places to be. We make sure there are activities for you to do, people to see, action to ‘WOW’ at, with plenty of learning for schools and families. We also research different aspects of the Island’s history to provide an accurate basis for all the fun things and exhibitions we do.

Jersey Heritage uses the collections and the sites to give meaning to the past. We tell the stories of Jersey and its people and help you to create your own history.
