A Summer of Fun
Get creative with Jersey Heritage over the summer holidays, every weekday from 11am-3pm. From pottery to performance, there’s something to engage and delight the youngsters in your life across our castles and museums.
All activities are drop-in with no booking required. All children must be accompanied by a helpful adult.
Normal entry fee applies.
8 to 12 August, 11am to 3pm at Mont Orgueil Castle
Join a two-hour session throughout the week at 11am or 1pm each day.
15 to 19 August, 11am to 3pm at La Hougue Bie
Going Potty
Pottery is an ancient art form so where better to spend time creating with clay than at the ancient and beautifully-inspiring La Hougue Bie. Join potter Stuart Copeland, whose enthusiasm for his craft is contagious – he’ll help you create unique artworks to take home. These are drop-in activities with no booking required. All children must be accompanied by a helpful adult.
22 to 26 August, 11am to 3pm at Hamptonne
Junkyard Jungle
Escape into your imagination this week with the help of artist Margarida Lorenco Olivier. Join Margarida in the orchard at Hamptonne to turn everyday rubbish into creative treasure, inspired by the natural beauty of Hamptonne. These are drop-in, artist-led activities with no booking required. All children must be accompanied by a helpful adult.
