As Jersey Heritage begins work on a new exhibition exploring the Island’s historic links to the transatlantic slave trade, Jean-Francois Manicom, Lead Curator Transatlantic Slavery & Legacies at International Slavery Museum, Liverpool, will be joining us via Zoom for a fascinating introduction to the work of the International Slavery Museum.

In conversation with Jade Ecobichon-Gray of Jersey Heritage’s Diversity Panel, Jean-Francois will explore the ISM’s curatorial approach to the challenging subject of the legacies of the transatlantic slave trade.

There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion with the audience.
