Volunteering

Jersey Heritage needs volunteers to work with our visitors, curators and office team to support the vital work we do.

By becoming a Jersey Heritage volunteer you will meet new people, make new friends and work with the local community, on top of this you’ll be part of a team bringing history to life.  The value our volunteers bring to the organisation is enormous, we need 15,000 voluntary hours from people just like you, to nurture, protect and animate the Island’s heritage .

On a practical level volunteering can help to:

• Develop existing skills and knowledge

• Enhance a CV or university application form

• Use your professional skills and knowledge to benefit the Island
