Discover Springtime, La Hougue Bie, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 April
Discover springtime at an ancient site of celebration. The Spring Equinox is the first day of spring and occurs when the length of daylight and nighttime is exactly the same - 12 hours. La Hougue Bie is accurately aligned so that the rising sun shines into the passage grave. Come and learn all about the magic of the equinox, spring and Easter. Take part in a spring trail and celebrate the season by making some spring time crafts.

Discover dragons and mythical creatures at Mont Orgueil. Find out about the legends of dragons and other mythical beasts and whether these creatures really existed and what they might have looked like. St George, one of the most famous dragon slayers, celebrates his feast day on 23 April and Mont Orgueil has a Chapel dedicated to St George. Design your own fantasy creature and find the hidden dragons around the castle.

Discover farming at Hamptonne. Learn about how Jersey Farms used to work and what crops and animals were important. Find out about what was needed on a farm and make some fantastic farm crafts and go on a trail around Hamptonne.

Discover fantastic facts about Kings and Queens. Make your own crown to wear and dress up and have a go at some other royal crafts. Find out about Kings and Queens who have been to Jersey. Follow a fun trail around the castle to find some Kings and Queens and learn about the monarchs and rulers of and their power and privileges.

Discover Dinosaurs at Mont Orgueil. Find out how you can be an explorer and try to find buried bones and identify your finds. Discover more about dinosaurs and fossils and what they tell you about history. Take part in the Dinosaur trail around the site and have a go at making your own dinosaurs.
Discover Battle of Jersey, Elizabeth Castle, Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 September
Discover the Battle of Jersey at Elizabeth Castle. The soldiers who were stationed at Elizabeth Castle were involved in the Battle of Jersey so find out about them and the French and English sides of the Battle. Discover the armour and weapons used by armies throughout history and make some battle crafts.
